Shipping Charges for Returns: 

Please ship your returns Freight Prepaid. Returns sent collect freight will be refused.

Receiving a Refund:

We'll process a refund after we receive and process your return.

This time period includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returnable Items:

• Bangor Cork accepts eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order.

• Our restocking fee  is  25%

• All website items are returnable. Custom items and materials cut to special sizes are not eligible for return.

• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

• We refund your purchase in the same way payment was originally made.

• We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.

• We will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of a Bangor Cork error.
