HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?
Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Please contact us via phone with your order number to cancel an order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, the order is no longer editable online.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As a general rule Cut Cork, Full Roll orders ship 1-4 days after an order is placed, Mounted Cork Panels and Display Rails ship 1-2 weeks after an order is placed, and Framed Boards are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture. We will always try to meet any deadlines we are presented with, please contact us if you require faster turn around. Orders for Hobby Cork Stoppers and Home Goods typically ship within 24 hours.
We do prioritize expedited orders and will try to get them out of the door the same day they are placed. Cut cork sheets and roll orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Mon – Friday will typically ship that day, after 2:00 PM EST orders placed will ship the following day, and orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. We manufacture Framed Boards, Mounted Panels and Display Rails to order are not typically able to ship orders for these same day. Please contact us with any concerns.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking as soon as your order has shipped and the tracking information will typically become active within a few hours.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, OR AN ITEM OR PARTS OF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Purchases made on www.bangorcork.com are returnable within 30 days of the order’s ship date. All material or product must arrive in the same condition it was in when it departed our warehouse.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom cuts and special sizes are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We are also able to receive LTL freight shipments without any special accessorial concerns.
To facilitate a speedy refund please write your invoice or order number somewhere on the packaging and, if possible, include a copy of the original pack list that was sent with the order. Replacement copies of any part of an order’s documentation can be emailed or faxed upon request. Refunds for material costs are normally applied to the same payment method used to place the order and we email documentation of that transaction when we process it.
