Order Status and Returns

HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?Click the Login link at the top right hand side of our site to log in your account and view orders you have placed. Please contact us via phone or email with your order number to cancel an order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, the order may no longer be editable online.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As a general rule, orders for Hobby Cork Stoppers and Home Goods typically ship within 24 hours, while Cut Cork and Full Roll orders ship 1-4 days after an order is placed. Mounted Cork Panels and Display Rails (manufactured to order) ship 1-2 weeks after an order is placed, and Framed Boards (also made to order) can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture and ship. We will always try to meet any deadlines we are presented with, so please contact us immediately if you require a faster turn around.
We do prioritize expedited orders and will try to get them out of the door the same day they are placed. Cut cork sheets and roll orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Mon - Friday will typically ship that day, while orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. Because Framed Boards, Mounted Panels and Display Rails are manufactured to order, these orders are not typically able to ship same day. Please contact us with any lead time/deadline questions or concerns.You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking as soon as your order has shipped and the tracking information will typically become active within a few hours.
WHEN WILL MY BACKORDER ARRIVE?Backordered items are dependent upon our suppliers, and we are unable to predict when products will be in stock. We will make every effort to keep you up to date on the anticipated ship date for your order.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, OR AN ITEM OR PARTS OF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT.Click the Login link at the top right hand side of our site to access your account and review your order or track shipments. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and confirm all packages have been received. Some orders ship in multiple cartons and, depending on carriers, may deliver at different times/days.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Purchases made on Bangor Cork are returnable within 30 days of the order’s ship date. All material or product must arrive in the same condition it was in when it departed our warehouse.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom cuts and special sizes are not returnable. We are also able to receive LTL freight shipments without any special accessorial concerns.
To facilitate a speedy refund please write your invoice or order number somewhere on the packaging and, if possible, include a copy of the original pack list that was sent with the order. Replacement copies of any part of an order’s documentation can be emailed or faxed upon request.
